Terms of Service

The service

PeachStage is an AI photo tool for real-estate and interior imagery: you upload photos you have the right to use, and we generate edited versions (staging, relighting, decluttering and similar transformations).

AI output is probabilistic. We work hard to preserve your room's real geometry, but results can contain errors — always review images before publishing them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Credits, plans and refunds

Generations consume credits. If a generation fails or times out, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime on your Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Purchased credits don't expire.

Free-plan exports carry a small watermark; paid plans export clean images.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you own or are licensed to edit.

Don't use the service to mislead buyers: if a listing photo is virtually staged or altered, disclose it where your MLS or local rules require, and never alter permanent property features (structure, views, condition) in a deceptive way.

No unlawful, infringing or abusive content, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Ownership

You keep all rights to your uploads. Subject to your plan and these terms, we assign to you the rights we hold in the generated images, and you may use them commercially.

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party providers (hosting, AI processing, payments).

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
