How many credits does an image cost?+
Every AI tool costs 75 credits — one flat price, so you always know what an image costs. The MLS disclosure stamp is 10 credits (free on paid plans). You get 100 free credits at signup, and 100 more for every friend you invite.
Can I use the results on Zillow or the MLS?+
Yes — virtually staged photos are widely used in listings. Most MLS rules require you to disclose that a photo is virtually staged and to show the original too, so keep the before photo handy. Never alter permanent features (walls, views, condition) in a misleading way.
Are my photos private?+
Yes. Uploads and results are stored in private, per-user storage — nobody else can see them, and we never use your photos to advertise without permission.
How long does a generation take?+
Usually 20–60 seconds. If a generation fails or times out, your credits are refunded automatically.
Will the AI change my room's architecture?+
No — every tool is instructed to preserve walls, windows, floors and perspective. Staging adds furniture that respects the room's real geometry; it doesn't invent a different room.
What's the watermark about?+
Free-plan exports carry a small PeachStage watermark in the corner. Paid plans export clean, full-resolution images.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?+
Same plans, same credits every month — yearly billing simply costs the equivalent of 10 months, so you get about 2 months free.
How do I cancel?+
One click on your Billing & Plan page — no emails, no phone calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
