How fast will I get my photos?+
Within 48 hours of receiving your photos, usually sooner. You'll get a private link to review everything on your phone.
What if I want something changed?+
Every photo includes 2 rounds of changes. Tap "Request a change" under any photo, type what you'd like different, and we'll update it.
Do I need to disclose virtual staging?+
Virtually staged photos should be disclosed per your MLS rules. Most MLSs ask you to label edited photos and keep the original available. We never alter permanent features like walls, windows or views.
What file formats do I get?+
High-resolution JPEGs, sized for MLS, Zillow and print. Download one at a time or the whole listing as a zip.
What about refunds?+
You see watermarked previews before you pay. If we can't get a photo right after the included revisions, we'll refund that photo, no argument.
How do I send my photos?+
