Failed generations are always refunded

If an AI generation fails or times out, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically — you're never charged credits for a result you didn't receive.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Because plan credits are made available immediately, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

If you were charged in error or believe there's a billing problem, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll make it right.

One-time credit packs

Purchased credit packs are added to your balance immediately. Because plan credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle, pack credits bought during a cycle are reset along with them — buy a pack when you're going to use it, not to stockpile.

Packs are non-refundable once used. Unused packs may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase — just contact support.
